Amy Ranker is in her eighth year of involvement with the Lady Vol track & field and cross country programs. After coming to UT on a track & field scholarship and later serving as a student assistant and graduate assistant on the staff, she became the program’s first full-time director of operations in the summer of 2007. 
A native of Great Bend, Kan., and a graduate of Liberal High School, her responsibilities include handling daily office work and travel arrangements, managing the recruiting database, organizing and distributing inventory, and assisting the coaching staff at practice. Ranker graduated from UT as a double major in finance and business management in 2005 and earned a master’s in sport administration in 2007.
