Entry Deadline: Monday, May 1, 2008 by 5:00 p.m. or Walk up entries accepted at the meet until 5:30 p.m. with entry fee doubled $10.00/$50.00. Enter online @ www.tenntrack.com
Entry Fee:
$5.00 per individual, $25.00 per team. Checks are to be made out to The University of Tennessee.
Declarations:
All entries must be confirmed on May 6 between 3:00 - 5:30 at Tom Black Track. All unconfirmed athletes will be scratched.
Note: Events (Hammer, Javelin) beginning before 5:45 p.m. should check in directly with the event head official at least ½ hour prior to the start time.
Heat Sheets:
Heat sheets for running events will be drawn at 5:45. Field Events will be seeded one half hour prior to the event. Heat sheets will be posted at the clerk area and at the press box at approximately 6:15 p.m.

Warm Up
Warm ups for Running Events can be done on the back stretch and/or the outside lanes of the track. No food, beverages, or spikes are allowed on the surface of the Intramural Field. All warm ups for Field Events are to be done at the event’s site.
Check -In Procedures
RUNNING EVENTS: Athletes must report to the clerk’s tent 30 minutes prior to the event to get heat, lane assignment and hip numbers.
FIELD EVENTS: Athletes may begin check in at event area 45 minutes prior to the start of the event. Those not checked in 30 minutes prior to event start time may be scratched. Field event warm-up for all competitors may begin 60 minutes prior to start of the event, but only in the presence of an official.
Coaches Packets
There will be a packet of information and performance lists for coaches at the Packet Pickup/Awards Trailer, located next to the press box on the north side of the track.
